At BoomKidz, our priority is to ensure a safe, fun, and comfortable environment for all our guests. To achieve this, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following rules:

Allergy Information

For the safety of all guests, please note that Boomkidz cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment and is not responsible for accommodating food allergies . Parents and guardians are responsible for making appropriate arrangements for any food or snack needs. 

Supervision:

All children must be always accompanied by a responsible adult. Adults are encouraged to monitor their children’s activities to ensure their safety.

Age and Height Restrictions:

Certain areas of the playground are designed for specific age groups. Please respect these restrictions to ensure the safety and comfort of all children.

Footwear:

Socks are mandatory for both children and adults in the play area. Socks are available for purchase in case you forgot.

Health and Safety:

If your child is feeling unwell or has had a fever within the last 24 hours, we kindly ask you to visit us another day for the health and safety of all our guests.

Food and Drinks:

Food and beverages are not allowed in the play areas. We have a designated dining area where snacks and drinks can be enjoyed. We kindly ask that you do not bring birthday cake/treats and/or decor during open play and private play hours.

Cleanliness:

Help us keep the playground clean and hygienic by using the trash bins provided.

Personal Belongings:

BoomKidz is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep your valuables with you or leave them at home.

Behavior:

Respectful and friendly behavior is always expected. Aggressive behavior or bullying will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any guests involved in such behavior from our facility without a refund.

Play Equipment:

Please use the play equipment as intended. Do not climb on the outside of play structures or use equipment in a manner that may cause harm.

Emergency Procedures:

In case of an emergency please let a staff member know.

Open Play:

No private parties/birthday parties or similar gatherings are allowed during open play hours.

Coupons:

Coupons and gift cards must be presented at the time of booking and will not be honored if presented thereafter.

Cancellation policy:

Deposit is not refundable. We require a 14-day cancellation notice for the party. If notice is given less than 14 days prior to the party date, the customer will be liable for the FULL COST OF THE PARTY.

Time of Arrival for the Party:

It is in your best interest, and the interest of other events that you arrive no earlier than 5-10 minutes prior to the start time. The party room is available for guests only after playtime.

Duration of the Party:

Each party includes a total of 2 hours (playtime and party room). Please ensure all guests depart on time so we can prepare for the next scheduled party.

The party time begins at your scheduled start time—not upon your arrival—so please arrive promptly. If your party runs over the allotted time, an additional fee will apply in 15-minute increments. 

Food for Adults:

Food for Adults is not included in the package. If you would like to provide food for adults, please ask for our catering menu.

Stroller Policy:

For safety reasons, strollers are not allowed on the second floor where the playground is located. However, strollers are welcome throughout the first floor of our facility.

Parking Lot:

Our parking lot has a limited capacity and is first come first served. We can not guarantee space for all guests.

Service Fee:

The 15% service fee helps cover essential behind-the-scenes services, including party setup, preparation, post-party cleanup, food delivery coordination, and other support to keep your event running smoothly.(The service fee is not a tip)

Tipping:

Tipping is completely optional. However, if you feel your host went above and beyond, a tip is always a kind and appreciated gesture.

Invitations:

We do not offer customized invitations, but we do provide our standard Boomkidz invitation for your use.

More than one birthday child:

Only one birthday child is included in the base package. Additional birthday children and theme decorations will be charged separately based on our add-on pricing.
